Shipping Policy

We currently offer free standard shipping to customers in the United States on eligible Velson products.

Estimated delivery time
For products fulfilled from a U.S. warehouse, estimated U.S. transit is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Order processing takes additional time and is not included in this estimate.
If a product page displays a different delivery estimate, the product-specific estimate applies.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available. Once tracking becomes available, it will be shared through your order updates so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Possible delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier operations, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
