Change-of-mind returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when appropriate.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order changes and cancellations
