Returns & Refunds
We want your order to arrive as expected. If your item is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos when appropriate. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Change-of-mind returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not accept unauthorized returns or returns sent to an address that we have not provided.
Refund timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order has entered processing or shipment.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
